History
Wallco Development Incorporated, WDI, was born out of a desire to utilize my organizational and management skills to invest in real estate. As each project was purchased, renovated and sold it was clear that there was a talent for space planning too. Seeing the possibilities of a home and developing a game plan to execute became a strong point in the business. Improving a homes floor plan, proper flow and utilization of space is a specialty. I am also able to incorporate my love for design and background in fashion into each project as well. As a wife and mother my business has allowed me the flexibility to be present for my family and take on projects that fit into our lives.
Since 1989 WDI has renovated foreclosed and distressed homes. WDI has built ground up construction and multi-unit residential properties. Homes that were passed over because of condition are challenges we welcome. The Bay Area is where we call home, but WDI has done projects throughout the state of California.
